Weekend warriors / walkers :
Yes, very walker friendly course, all flat, plenty of water stations, and loads of fun! Generous 2:00 hour time limit so take your time and enjoy the scenery, all levels of fitness are welcome at our events.
Middle of the pack runners:
Great course for a new PR (personal record) this year. All flat course, plenty of room to make your move towards your PR
Elite and Advanced runners:
This all flat course along bike path is a great way to test your fall season speed. And with wave starts you can get to your top speed right out of the gate!
